Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Do you offer cash refunds?

We do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit, which you can use on your next purchase at Jeel's World.

Is there a charge for returns?

A reverse pickup fee of ₹150–₹200 will be deducted from your store credit to cover the return shipping cost.
